Whether you have a strong support network of not, writing about a traumatic event can serve as a great way to process your personal experience. This class will walk you through the physical and mental benefits of expressive writing, as well as show you how effectively write about your personal experience.

You will be amazed with the impact just 5 minutes a day of writing will have. You do not need to be a skilled writer to participate. All entries are confidential, and you are not expected to share any emotional/traumatic event.

There is much to gain from this class and we invite you to register! Please bring a loved one, a caregiver, or someone who is battling cancer alongside you! All writing equipment and light refreshments will be provided for you. Don’t miss out!
